The Clarity Code

a whole map of you — your blueprint for living by design.

Kate Strongworld — My Strong World
The Challenge

Simplify and streamline the creation of a Clarity Code so that coaching clients can easily go through the process of the assessments and start to minimize the manual processes, so that Kate can streamline the creation of the Clarity Code and support more customers concurrently, as well as provide an elevated experience for her coaching clients.

Mission

Help people truly know themselves — their energy, their patterns, how they make decisions — so they can act from that clarity instead of seeking it from someone else. And give Kate an interactive tool her clients can return to, not a one-time download.

Short-term goals

Streamline the process from initiation to a finished Clarity Code without requiring Kate to shepherd every step. Make the process simple and intuitive so that coaching clients can walk through the assessment process with enthusiasm and excitement, while still allowing Kate a coach view throughout the process so she can engage at the right moments.

Long-term goals

Build a living personal OS that allows users to implement their Clarity Code in all aspects of their life, including more detailed integration with the medicine practice, integrating with coach shared notes and guidance, and sticky features such as personalized meditations, daily prompts, and the ability to ask my Clarity Code for personal and specific information.

Discovery Synthesis

A synthesis of what we heard, what the product needs to do, and where we deliberately drew lines.

Product Mission

Turn Kate’s hands-on coaching process into a self-guided, always-available product experience. The Clarity Code app delivers each assessment as a focused, rewarding step, builds a personalized report that grows richer over time, and gives Kate a scalable platform to serve more clients without losing the human touch.

The Problem

Long assessments drag the whole creation of the Clarity Code down. Clients are required to interact with five separate systems, taking screenshots, and sending results manually via text and email. The creation of the code from the assessments is also manual and takes a lot of time and effort, which limits how many clients Kate can support.

THE CLARITY CODE · 5 ASSESSMENTS THAT INTEGRATE

The signature framework — what every code is built from.

Energy
Life Path + Human Design

Generated from birth details. Life Path reveals the themes of your soul, while Human Design details how you are meant to make decisions.

Motivation
Enneagram (+ wing)

The most robust of the five. With approximately 150 questions, it also provides the most detailed personal insights.

Values
Personal · Family · Relationship · Business

The decision-making blueprint. A guided exercise, placed right after Motivation while engagement is high.

Work Skills
Visionary · Operator · Processor · Synergist

How a person leads, communicates, and works with others. Vendor name stays behind the scenes.

Strength
In-house, modeled on CliftonStrengths

The original hard constraint, now an in-house build currently being validated.

Operating Principles

Six rules the rest of the blueprint answers to.

6 principles · drawn from the board
Principle
01

No one is broken.

The Code reads who someone already is — energy, motivation, values, work style, strengths — and hands it back to them. No diagnosis, no fix-it framing, no streaks designed to make people feel behind.

Rejects

Clinical personality apps (16Personalities, Truity) that pathologize traits

Honors

Warm, named language throughout — Kate's voice, not a vendor's

Principle
02

Self-knowledge alone isn't enough.

As the board put it: self-knowledge + daily practice = transformation. Self-knowledge alone is just more information. V1 ships the Code; the product roadmap is what turns it into a daily companion.

Drives

Return-to-re-read metric (≥40% in 30 days) over one-time download

Honors

Daily-practice plan inside the 6-month coaching program

Principle
03

Stop outsourcing clarity.

Most people bounce between five apps and a coach to feel sure about a decision. The Code is meant to be the surface they go back to — their own operating system, on their phone, not someone else's interpretation.

Rejects

Cryptic astrology apps (Co-Star, Pattern) that require an oracle to decode

Accepts

No live coach inside V1 — the product has to stand on its own

Principle
04

Finish the whole thing.

The board was direct: easy to share, easy to go through, built so people complete it. A half-finished Code teaches nothing. Pacing, sequencing, and length are product decisions, not afterthoughts.

Drives

≥70% completion across all five assessments

Honors

Order by design — Energy → Motivation → Values → Work Skills → Strength

Principle
05

Warm and named — not cryptic, not clinical, not too much.

The competitive read across Pattern, Jenna Zoe, Ennea App, Headspace, and Align lands in the same place: too cryptic, too clinical, or too much. The Code sits between — specific, human, and finishable.

Rejects

Meditation libraries that pile on content without context

Honors

Mobile-first, single-buyer flow — no upsell mid-assessment

Principle
06

Kate's voice everywhere.

Every assessment label, prompt, and interpretation is in Kate's language. Vendor names stay behind the scenes. The Strength assessment is being built in-house precisely because the original (Clifton / Gallup) couldn't be made to sound like her.

Honors

Birth-data sensitivity handled with the same care as the copy

Accepts

Human Design depth limited to bodygraph + one taste reading in V1

Where it's going
Today → V1 → Living OS
Today

Five systems, stitched by hand.

On Kate's side, creating a single Code means moving between five tools, screenshots, and email. On the client's side, the same fragmentation lands as logins, lost results, and the pattern they came in with showing up again.

V1

One finishable Code, one coach surface.

The five assessments delivered as one warm, mobile-first flow that people complete. A coach view for Kate — weekly calls, call notes, the Code file, a client file per person — and the medicine flow wired through (intention, journey, integration, schedule next).

Living OS

A place people return to.

An always-on guide: daily questions, clarity prompts, monthly changes, weekly practice. A meditation library built from real sessions. Links across relationships. Integration calls that auto-generate the next prompt. Community as it earns its place.

Open Questions

What's the specific DAU target — and over what window?

The board agreed on 'thousands of DAU,' but no number or time horizon was locked. We need a target to design the engagement loop against.

Does the in-house Strength build hold up against the original?

Clifton / Gallup was the original hard constraint (proprietary). The replacement is under validation — V1 ships behind that test passing.
